We believe that good customer service is the most important aspect of running our business. We provide honest and experienced advice and information to customers. We try to answer your calls or return missed calls within 24 hours. We are happy to talk to you after hours.
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our workmanship. Engineers are either fully qualified or closely supervised. We represent good quality and time tested brands. We supply either genuine parts or non-genuine branded parts which we are confident are fit for purpose.
Our response times are good and emergencies dealt with promptly. We will keep you informed if there is an unforeseen delay or problem. We back all of our products with a comprehensive after sales support.
Our prices are fair and realistic. We do not overcharge or cost build. We provide estimates or quotations on request and inform you if additional work is necessary outside the scope of our original estimate or quote. Our invoices include a detailed breakdown of the work we have carried out as is the number of hours we have spent and our hourly rate. If parts are required they are itemised.
Safety and Regulation
We are members of the British Agricultural and Garden Machinery Association (BAGMA) and keep up to date with relevant legislation and regulations. We have Health and Safety Policy and Procedures in place both in the workshop and on customer’s property. We hold a comprehensive commercial policy with Towergate Insurance Group to include goods in transit and our public liability and defective workmanship cover extends to £5,000,000.
